Compares date and time in NetCDF filename (...yymmddhh.nc) with the variable time inside the file.

This program checks if variables in NetCDF files contain NaN and optional these are replaced with missing_value

Variable TEMP_DOT is removed from NetCDF files.

Variables THETA and THETA_DOT are removed from NetCDF files.
