Differences between revisions 2 and 4 (spanning 2 versions)

Debugging on JUROPA

Compile and link program with debug option -g
Allocate interactive partition with X11 forwarding:
```
msub -I -X -l nodes=#:ppn=8
```
possible number of nodes: 1 or 2
Start debugger:
```
totalview <jobscript>
ddt <jobscript>
```
When totalview is started :
- In Window Startup Parameters -> Parallel
  - Parallel system: MPICH2
  - Tasks: choose number of CPUs
After debugging deallocate interactive partition with:
```
exit
```
